The Grow Your Own project, supported by the Leicestershire and Rutland Community Foundation, transforms our community garden into a vibrant space where participants can learn to grow their own fruits and vegetables.
The food grown in the garden is then used to support our food pantry, providing fresh, homegrown produce to those who need it most.

This project is not just about growing food; it’s about empowering people. Many of the participants are food bank users themselves, and through this project, they gain a sense of pride and control by growing their own food. It also promotes sustainability, encouraging participants to adopt eco-friendly practices.
Get Involved or Join: Whether you want to learn new gardening skills, help cultivate the garden or donate seeds and equipment, your involvement can help this project thrive.
