Navigating life after a cancer diagnosis can be a difficult journey, both for survivors and their families. That’s why Wesley Hall, in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support, is offering Exercise & Healthy Eating Classes tailored to meet the needs of women recovering from cancer.
These sessions are designed to encourage both physical healing and emotional support, creating a safe, supportive space for women to regain their strength.
Beyond exercise, these sessions also focus on healthy eating - we educate participants on how to prepare nourishing meals that promote recovery and well-being. For many participants, the sense of community these classes foster is just as valuable as the health benefits.

Sharing experiences, building friendships and talking about their journeys offers participants the strength to heal and move forward.
Our programme isn’t just about physical fitness; it’s about holistic recovery - addressing the emotional, social and physical challenges that come with surviving cancer.
It provides a much-needed space where women can rebuild their confidence and find camaraderie among others who understand what they’re going through.
Get Involved or Join: Whether you are a survivor, caregiver or family member, we welcome you to join our classes and be part of this supportive community.
If you’re passionate about health and recovery, consider contributing by volunteering your time or making a donation.
